Lovely, comfortable and clean room with a balcony. Excellent and helpful hotel staff (especially at the reception desk). Perfect location of the hotel.

Nice, clean, and comfortable room. Very good shared amenities at the hotel. Quiet/good noise isolation. AC is available and temperature is controllable. Glassware and a mini fridge are available in the room.

Conveniently located in the middle of train station and Eumetsat. Quite big, well preserved hotel with good facilities. Quick check in. Clean, nice choice of food for breakfast.

I have asked for a room with a bathtub, and it was made available to me on this particular occasion. Because of the long work days while I'm in Darmstadt, having a bath available at the end of the day really helped. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning was impeccable. On the occasions that I had breakfast, I enjoyed the excellent variety available.

1. The staff is very professional and helpful. 2. Breakfast is exceptionally good. They have lots of options and also cater to custom requirements. 3. Location is good as it close to bahnhof and taxis are available outside as well. 4. Rooms are clean and they also have started initiatives to help environment, so you can close if the room needs daily cleaning.

The staff was fantastic and super helpful. I would like to thank the reception staff, especially lady called Selke that went out of her way to help me by providing me with necessary cosmetic product I forgot to bring with me, while all the shops around were already closed. Room was very clean and comfortable, and thank you so much for the forget me not flower seeds present, I most definitely won't forget my stay and would recommend it to others! Great location by the main train/bus station. Moreover, delicious breakfast that will keep you fueled the whole day!

I'd like to praise the reception desk staff, who were effective and supportive in providing me with help when I needed to seek medical assistance. Having issues like this in a foreign country is always stressful but, thanks to their support, everything was soon dealt with and sorted out. They were amazing. Other high points: luxurious breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable as usual, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I travel here for work often, and it is the default hotel to stay for these reasons.

Aircon worked. Twin room had ok single beds. Fine to sleep in. Was outside the conference season so the room rate was good value for money. TV has free hdmi ports so you can use your own Google TV device if you know how and also have your own 5G with you Nice view from 10th floor

We stayed in a familyroom which was very spacious and had good beds also the beds for the kids. Great rainshower in the bathroom. The airco was working great in the room and in the rest of the hotel especially since it was almost 40 degrees outside. The breakfast was really excellent with a lot of choices. The location of the hotel is close to the highway but also close to some restaurants.
